I want to tell you something about hatching rate :

If even 1 egg hatches from your incubator it means the machine is working properly, so look for the problem that reduced your hatch rate.

Here are point which reduce hatch rate or make it zero:

1- Do not install the machine outdoor and under sunlight or wind.
1. Install the machine in the cleanroom with enough ventilation
2. If you use the machine in the house, put it in your living room to check it permanently
3. If you use the machine on the farm, it is better to install it in the Employee's room. Then he/she can check it permanently. We advise you to use an employee who has the smartest and has the most experience.
4. From experience the most problems happens when employees who don’t know anything about hatching or operating an incubator.
5. The temperature of the room must be between 25-30 degree and in the summer put the machine in the room which is equipped with air conditioning. 10. If you store fertilize eggs daily, note that the place of putting eggs should not be warm because embryos die and cannot hatch. Suitable temperature to storing eggs is 18-20 degree.
6. If you want to transfer eggs from the storage to the house, note that it must be done with air-conditioned vehicle otherwise the heat will kill the embryos.
7. Please note that in the warm seasons, more than 80% of the eggs, do not have embryos and will not hatch.
8. Notice that if the place of installing the machine is dusty, dust enters the machine through the ventilation channels and causes chick’s infection.
9. Cocks’ egg incubators are designed in a way that for maintaining there is no need for specialists.
10. Be sure to observe health issues, people with cold should not interact with the machine.
11. After each period, first, clean the machine inside with compressed air to exit feathers and then clean it with a wet cloth and dishwashing liquid.
12. The presence of an infected point in the device causes the growth of fungi and bacteria and then all the inside will be polluted and chicks will die.

9. اخبرك عن تجربة، أن معظم المشاكل تحدث من قِبل الموظفين الذين ليس لديهم أي خبرة عن الفقس أو تشغيل الحاضنة.
10. لابد أن تتراوح درجة حرارة الغرفة بين 25 -30 درجة، وفي الصيف، ضع الجهاز في غرفة مُعدة بمكيف هواء.
11. إذا قمت بتخزين البيض المُخصب يوميًا، فلاحظ أن مكان وضع البيض لا يجب أن يكون دافئًا ;لأن الأجنة تموت ولا تتمكن من فقس. درجة الحرارة المناسبة لتخزين البيض هي 18-20 درجة.
12. إذا اردت أن تنقل البيض من المخزن إلى المنزل، فلاحظ أنه لابد أن يتم ذلك بمَركبة مُكيفة وإلا فإن الحرارة ستقتل الأجنة.
13. يُرجى مُراعاة أنه في الفصول الدافئة، أكثر من 80% من البيض لا يمتلك أجنة ولن بفقس.
14. لاحظ أنه إذا كان مكان تثبيت الجهاز مليء بالغبار، فإن الغبار يدخل إلى الجهاز خلال فتحات التهوية ويسبب عدوى للدجاج.
15. تم تصميم حاضنات بيض الديك بطريقة لا تحتاج إلى متخصصين للحفاظ عليها.
16. تأكد من مراقبة المشاكل الصحية، لابد ألا يتعامل الأشخاص الذين يعانون من الزكام مع الجهاز.
17. بعد كل فترة، قم أولاً بتنظيف الجهاز بالداخل بالهواء المضغوط لخروج الريش ثم تنظيفه بقطعة قماش مبللة وسائل غسيل الصحون.
18. يتسبب وجود نقطة مصابة في الجهاز في نمو الفطريات والبكتيريا ثم تلوث الجهاز بالداخل كليًا ويموت الدجاج.
19. لقد تم تحسين حاضنات بيض الديك في المصنع، لذا قم بتوصيلها بالكهرباء فقط ولا تغير إعدادات الكمبيوتر أو الترموستات.
20. يحتاج تفقيس بيضة النعامة إلى خبرة خاصة، لذا استشر الأشخاص ذوي الخبرة أولاً.
21. الجهاز الذي تتصفحه حاليًا يتكون جسمه من طبقة مزدوجة وسمك كبير.

Place the machine in a room far from sunlight, chimney, radiator, cold wind and window

To disinfect the machine avoid using Any chemicals

37/5° is an ideal temperature for different kinds of eggs

When putting the eggs, take note that they must stand on their heads

Before putting the eggs , the machine must work continuously for 3 days till the precise adjustment are made

The eggs must be fresh. They most not be more than 7 days old or kept in refrigerator

Refrain to move the eggs

The necessary humidity in the machine is 65%

The normal temperature is 27° C

Extensive environmental temperature fluctuation can effect temperature inside the machine
in case of temperature fluctuations do not touch the thermostat

Gathering more than few water drops on the glass means the temperature is high and causes the suffocation of the chicks
(few drops of water are not dangerous)

Don't open the door of the machine unless you have to,
because opening the door in the last 3 days will also cause to reduce the output of the machine

Make sure that the electricity plug is fixed and the power supply is current

Make sure that the head and bottom of the machine are placed properly and the air can not enter

If the digital thermometer's battery being weak, it leads to disorder in numbers display

Pour water to the half in grooves at the bottom.Every 5 days add some water to the machine

The operation done in the 18th day: three days before hatching, the turning operation must be stopped.Therefore, in the 18th day,
the turning part must be separated from the machine. set the eggs on Plastic net before turning the machine on

during incubate period; if an unpleasant smell felt from device, it is a sign of infected eggs inside the device, so
detect infected eggs and remove them out of the device to save rest of eggs

There are several reasons for chicks to be suffocated and fail in braking the eggshells and going out :
1- the humidity of the machine is not set
2- the eggs are infected
3- on the thermometeris out of order and does not show the real temperature

Note: In case you are a first user and do not have enough experience to use machine,
it's recommended, do not use expensive or ornamental eggs. Start with some cheap eggs to get some required experience
